this is a great time of year, now the season has finished to think about finding a coach if you don't have one.........it seems a lot of the members on here do not..........it's the best time of year to start looking, as your new coach will have the full winter to work with you before next season's competitions in april/may time.
you might have to travel to find one, but it's worth the investment if you are serious about your event, as throwing on your own is difficult at times, even if you know what you are doing, a trained pair of eyes can help spot things much sooner and therefore help enormously, a coach is also someone for support as the nights will soon be drawing in and so will the wet and it can be difficult to "get up" for the sessions if you were all on your own.
good luck!
