I am currently a level one coach and am interested to know how to up grade myself to a level two. I know eventually i have to do the level two coaching course, but apparently i need to get something like 20 credits before i can do this course. Any advice/information you can give me would be fab. Many Thanks

Ok firstly check the UKA website which lists the coach education course in the rea and who your local RETA is (the person who organises them). Your RETA can answer any queries or alternatively ask at your club or County Sports Partnership (eg Greater Manchester Sports Partnership).
There isnt any credits you need prior to the Level 2 course. Attending the course is the actual 20 credits that is being refered to. There is a core course which is a weekend and then an events specific day to attend (eg throws, jumps etc). You'll be expected to do some pre-course reading, a coaching log and a practical coaching assessment (after you've completed the core course).
Good luck
