If you are uk size 9 or below... you shouldn't miss the offer at: www.eastbay.comwww.champssports.comType javelin in the search and see the adidas adistar jav boots (granted not the latest colour, but the same boot) for $40. With tax and post...... your looking at about £40.

when I got my last pair of spikes I checked the sizing charts on the website and 9.5 is a uk 9. Although this was different last year and a 9.5 was a uk 8.5

Don't bother with the 2000 model. Get the 2005 blue ones for $49. When they are £150 over here... you don't mind spending extra on tax and shipping

I bought some spikes from eastbay at the start of the season. The spikes cost $40, the shipping was $20 and the customs charge was £35 when they arrived in the UK. So for the pair of spikes I thought were going to be £20ish, they would have ended up costing more like £65-70.
That said, if you get the Adidas blue spikes for $50 you will probably have to pay $15ish dollars for shipping and £30ish for customs. Grand total of around £70 is still less than half the price in the UK!

Just a note to all of you out there if you ask for a price from bourne sports ask them if they can do you discount as i am local to them they do all stoke athletes discounts eg Addidas Adistar that are on his website@ 139.99 he might go as low as 90 so a bit of a saving so if you email them and ask if they will do some discount then he normally will if he can due to him been an x runner himself he tries to look after athletes but makes the profit up on all the other items he sells! Hope this Helps Rob
