Im off to sunny Yate (Bristol) today for the last division 4 midlands mens league comp.

Bromsgrove & Redditch Ac (My Club) are currently leading by 4 match points/42 individual points. Divison 3 Here we come

discus 28.62 (5th) managed 2 throws before my elbow started playing up.

good day nice and hot...good points for my club happy with the results bit annoyed there wasnt any PB's for me today as the conditions were excellent for throwing. but ya know can only do what ya can do on the day

Bromsgrove and Redditch AC top of division 4...promoted next year W'hoooooooooooooooooooooo, Stratford also got promoted with us only 2 match points between us
