Ok everyone if you have any questions for sam then please post them on here. what's your background regarding javelin throwing - how did you get involved, who helped you along the way etc? do you regret not buying another mini, now you have gone boring with the mondeo? are there any javelin throwers you would like to go out on a date with? if so, who would they be and where would you take them? the questions above are from Slinger so any more?

Does anyone else have anymore questions that they would like to ask sam? Do your coaching methods change at all for different sexes? What has been you best and worst moment in Javelin, both as a thrower and a coach? Explain your experiences running the London Region Javelin Squads? Who was/is your inspiration, and who have you learned from the most, both as a coach and an athlete?

What is you perspective on the coach/athlete relationship?
Who is more important - the coach or the athlete and why?
What is you personal coaching philosophy?
If you had a year and/or a blank canvass how would you transform UK Javelin throwing?
Why do you think Steve Backley 'made it' when Mick Hill and Mark Roberson didn't? What do you think are the differences between the 3 and those we have throwing now in the UK Top 5?
