I really beleive that the fact that I had to stop before the line meant that I put more emphasis on stopping or blocking with my left leg and as a result threw better.
On the plus side for Sam he was throwing well in warm up, low to mid 50s but then his leg went in the first roumd - do a warm up Harrison - a bacon sandwich doesn't count!
H and I were planning on doing a type of quadrathlon or pentathlon depending on which events were held but no such thing ever happened.

Yeah Yeah!! I woke up and was not feeling like busting some moves on the track so stayed in bed!! Felt like dogs**t!!

We'll get round to it eventually Jim!! When it's sunny!!
because once the barnet is cultivated, rain and wind can't be anywhere to be seen!!

top stuff james!!!! by looking at your vid you could tell you were deffo a mid 60's man in the waiting! well 62m is getting towards mid 60's isn't it!!! but a pb by almost 4 metres is well worth a beer or 6 - i'm having a beer now and so i shall have a swig in your honour!!!!!!! ;D well done sam and bonne, not too far off your PB's and still a LONG way to go before the season starts! congrats all round!
