Robyn - do you watch the sprinters and hurdlers at the track - if not then do so. They do some great stuff that is easily transferrable to jav throwing

Hurdling (low heights) discus and long jump all help the legs and feet work more effectively, if you think of the right leg as a long lever, it helps to put into perspective the reason for turning the right heel out like lightening?

That's my problem, I cant get that right heel working!! But I needed to get my arm higher, which I now have, then I needed to get taller, which I now have, then I needed to get side on, which I now have then the crossovers, which i ow have and now the hips, i can just work on the hips which is good. From all that i am actually quite pleased to get all of that right MOST of the time so now I can work on my hips
